BAD SERVICE

I wrote my exams in june, i then got the results august. I then waited for 2 weeks and phoned intec on the 13 Sep to query on when will i be receiving my diploma. They said it take 6 to 8 weeks. i waited then called again as i have passed the 6 weeks counting from the day i wrote my last exams. I get told that i only put a request for the diploma in September. Why must i put a request if i completed a course with you. You very good with giving us final dates to pay, but you cannot service once we have paid. I don't think it's about the student's interest with Intec, i'ts for them making a profit. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE YOUR SERVICES.
