Does it even exist

I have been trying to get in contact with unisa about a problem with my fees for the last 2 weeks and I cannot find anyone to help me. No one replies to emails and it seems like Mr M Lesabe at the accounts department doesn't even exist because he never answers the phone be it in the morning of the evening or anytime for that matter.
