Management at Seekers High lacks professionalism

I have tried to speak to the principal regarding my sons suspension I am told the principal is not on the premises everyday (first time I hear of such). Eventually after numerous attempts I am finally awarded the priviledge of speaking to the principal she was most rude unhelpful that she went as far as slamming the phone down in my ear. Hows that for education from a private school. My son is only allowed on the premises to write his final examinations. Is this a suspension or expulsion. So what do we pay school fees for, attitude, rudeness. This is my sons future these people are playing with.
