Consultant not keeping to his word

I was approached by Dynamic Trading Solutions for the investment opportunity of a life time by buying shares on the JSE and investing money in these shares as they grow, all sounded to good to be true, but my dad dealt with these people before and I wanted his advise first, when I told Mario that, he said we could do the paper work so long then when I change my mind he would fetch the box from me the very next day and would not submit my application, after phoning him and arranging with him a pick up date, he did not keep to his word, after phoning and messaging him again he just started ignoring me, I phoned the company, spoke to his manager Chantal Boshoff and she told me that my contract can not be cancelled due to the cool down period, even if I told them that me and Mario had an agreement and that I told him that I do not want to go fourth with the application, they still do not want to cancel this product or refund me of the large amount of money they deducted from my credit account, please be careful of these as they just want your money!!!
