Slow response, passing the buck and uncontactable

After registering online for a bachelors of accounting science and submitting all the correct documentation, unisa had entered in the incorrect qualification - a higher certificate. Prior to registration I had made several enquiries as to whether I've met the criteria and they had confirmed that I did. After receiving the acceptance letter I called the Parow branch, they had said that the applications happen in or are confirmed in Pretoria but I should bring with all my supporting documents in to the branch and they would contact Pretoria to confirm or make enquiries. Went in and then got told that I must respond on e-mail. I responded and still no response, I have tried calling the number supplied for applications in Pretoria and no one answers. Speechless... after waiting for almost a month after registering I get a disappointing response.
