No answe

I tried phoning several different numbers and there is no answer. I tried it for days, I sent e-mails but still nothing!!! It is regards to a remark that I am waiting for and no matter which number I try to call there still is no answer. I am not the first person, everybody is complaining and the saddest part is that we pay for a service that we don't get and this is in regards to our education that they are suppose to care about. The irony in all this is that their slogan on their webpage is "140 years of shaping futures"?!
