Pathetic Customer Service... 0861 000 835

I followed up on a parcel that's been outstanding for 2 months... got through to a Maureen, gave all my details and was asked to hold. I only heard music and then another agent picked up... Samantha Bell!
Seems like Maureen thought it appropriate to put me back into the customer service queue instead of following up on my parcel.
By this time I am irate because of the time I held on and the fact that I have to repeat the reason for my call.
I will just say, the attitude Samantha displayed was down right condescending and rude, talking over me, not letting me finish what I want to say. She transferred my call to a supervisor while I was busy explaining that I have paid two installments without receiving a parcel.
I would not employ someone like this to capture data, let alone dealing with customers on a customer care line! I just hope and pray that the quality of people that is supposed to be on the help line as advertised with this product (that will be dealing with my child) is of a different caliber than snotty little Samantha. Samantha Bell should definitely NOT be talking to customers! Lets wait and see if the supervisor calls back at least...
