Unauthorised debit orde

On the 31st of august, i noticed the was an authorised debit order that went through on my account, i called my bank to enquire about it, they told me to contact Stratcol, i tried to call the number no one answers, im very angry why do they take my money without my permission, i dont even know who they are, i want them to refund my money back to my account including the fee that the bank has charged me for stopping the debit order.
