Refuse to terminate the debit orde

I have requested Stratcol Icura to terminate my membership since I do not have job anymore and am unable to sustain monthly payment. This company is deducting R300.00 from my account where I do not have income anymore. Since April 2013 I have been trying to cancel this debit order but they did not do so.
Now I want them even to pay me the total amount that has been credited to them subject to the debit order that they processed from my account despite my instruction that it be terminated.
