Mad like u won't believe

I've always had problems with unisa but this is the limit. I registered for pst104f in 2012 .last week I find out that it was financially cancelled in dec12. Today I go into unisa for the 3rd time and now they tell me that I need to pay R600.00 to reinstate it. 1st of all why is this R600.00 not reflecting on my statement? When I went onto myunisa to check my balance it said R3162.00 and that's what I paid. Was I supposed to guess that it gets removed once its financially cancelled? I have now been put a whole year back because this was a prerequisite which I needed to be reinstated before 25/01
