UNISA ignoring my request for a refund

I have registered with UNISA for the 2nd semester and paid in more than I should have for a subject that I thought I could have done. I have queried this and got no feedback whatsoever on how i will be refunded, no confirmation to even say that they are working on this. Feel like I am being robbed by UNISA. 1st communication was sent on 24 July 2013, 2nd 29 July 2013 and the 3r 02 August 2013
