He said he will call me back

After posting a complaint on hello peter, I received a call from Kagiso/kopanp (cant remember the name) who was calling from unisa, he told me that he saw my complaint on hello peter and wanted to assist. Then he asked me to hold the line for close to 10 min, when he finakky comes back, he said he will call me back. I AM STILL WAITING!
Unisa knows that we need their services and they dont care if we are treated well or not. Customer services at that institution is worse than 'shoprite u save"
