Gordon Mahlaba messed up my application!!!

I applied on the 05th of July and was informed the whole registration will be finalised in 3 days. It's end of July and nothing has been done. I laid a complaint last week and no one even bothered to respond. Now they are telling me it will be processed in the next 3 weeks. I want my money back!!!
