Empty promise

I wrote to you and complained about Dameline. My complaint was i defaulted payment on my study account due to financial constraints. Now I have arrangement in place to pay Dameline what is due to them. My problem was i never finished the coarse i enrolled for and when i contacted Dameline to find out if i can finish my studies since i am currently paying them and the person at my service told me it was impossible. I wrote to you and 2 days later someone who didn't identify himself called me and promised to send me details of the available courses since the one i intended to do was no longer on their curriculum. I agreed and gave him my email address. Its more than 2 weeks now and nothing has happened. I believe Dameline made a false promise and are operating in bad faith. Please help
