Purchased script, not yet received

I have purchased a script and forwarded the application form and prove of payment to Unisa on 18 March 2013.
I have forwarded e-mails to 'exams@unisa.ac.za' & 'purchasescript@unisa.ac.za' several times, but all I get is automated responses. It is 4 months today and I think I have waited long enough
