PROMISED FEEDBACK - 18 DAYS LATER - NOTHING???

Today is the 28th June 2013. after receiving the telephone call from Melvyn I called him back two weeks later - left two (2) messages and have not been afforded the courtesy of a return telephone call or REFUND. Am I surprised??? Maybe not!
