Unisa
Money paid but not credited in my account

Sir,
Am student No 44544480, studying Bcompt Acc. at Unisa. This is my second complaint letter to unisa. I wrote the first one on 21 June 2013 but I have not received any feedback to date. I paid R 2, 500 on the 12th of April 2013 and mailed the proof of the same to unisa. This amount has not been reflected in my account and instead the university still states that I owe them R 1, 796.
It makes me really mad to imagine that I painfully looked for all this money and someone somewhere is sleeping on his job and I have to suffer for that! I expect my results without any delay.

Kindly help me sort out this mess before I lose my mind.
