Illing of account

Stratcol took money from my account on June 14 2013. A call to them didn't solve anything. They refuse to refund my money, instead telling me they were authorised to bill me by a bogus company with a bogus phone number, which is never answered.

Interestingly, I've read some of the other (hundreds of!!) reports and people report being given a different company name, but the same number.
