Unauthorised debits from my bank account

For the past 6 months Stratcol is deducting various amounts from my bank account. I have lodged complaints against this on their website but with no prevail. I am very very upset about this as I am unemployed and I owe nobody anything!! I do not make debt and I do not have debt that I am not taking care of myself.

I have taken this up with FNB and the first deduction was refunded, thereafter it has just been ongoing and every time I have to pay R60 to stop this unauthorised debit and to get it refunded.

It is enough I am going to take further steps to get this company out of my life for once and for all!!
