Bad school and disgusting attitude

Please would you look into the following: Centurion Kidz Farm Acadamy

My Kids 18 and 6 months went there.
The last two weeks I had to stand outside the school gate for half an hour each morning hooting and no one comes to open. If I phone the cellphone number it always rings or goes straight to voice mail. This is the owner Losaan's number and this is the only number.
On Monday 10 June 2013 the same story again. At 05h40 I had to hoot for an half an hour then only the lady opens, watching me struggle with my 2 children to carry them not offering to help.
I approached the owner saying that it's ridiculous even after we made an agreement that I can come at that time because I end up late for work. Today 12th June the same thing happened again. After approaching her she told me that she lets me wait outside for 30 minutes on purpose! To make a point that it is to early to drop my kids I then told her I want my kid's blankets and mattresses. I'm taking them to another school. As I walked in the one teacher was sitting on the step SLEEPING! The owner was very rude to me, my kids mattresses were packed away in a cupboard so what were they sleeping on?
