StratCol Platinum money by illegal debits

Dear Hello Peter

Over R10 000-00 was ILLEGALLY debited from my bank account by StratCol & Platinum in the past few months. NO permission was given to do so. I want them to return my money with immediate effect INCLUDING the bank charges! I phoned twice and just received bad attitude from them telling me it is for airtime where we only own MTN Contracts! They debited my account more than once each month, every time under another name, ie:

DIAL242 - R199-95
RELOAD2 - R299.95
MARTFLIG - R248.85

This is all over my statement, as I said, some months even 4 times in one WEEK!!! I see these people have a lot of HelloPeter complaints against them, so I hope this will get us somewhere. I hope to see the money back in my account by tomorrow or otherwise legal steps will be taken against them. I am to say the least FED UP with like this. I have statements to prove this dated back to the 30th of March and the bank are currently trying to get the paperwork for me for the months previous to that.
