Teacher screams at children

I enrolled my 2 year old at Oppieplaas in Ruimsig in January. She cried daily. Said she didn't want to go, but I thought that was to be expected. On day 8, I arrived early to collect my daughter. My husband had forgotten to tell the teacher I would be coming early, so she wasn't expecting me. Standing outside the door, I heard the teacher SCREAMING at this little boy..SCREAMING. I have never heard anything like it in my life. I discipline my child, but to scream like that was devastating for me to hear. No child should be screamed at like that and I wish I knew who this little boy's parents were so I could tell them. At this age, school should be fun and loving and warm and kind. I picked my daughter up and left, I was so shocked. I called the principal and she said that the teacher was probably stressed as she had 3 age groups in one class. That is not what I signed up for. The brochure painted a completely different picture-each child would be in an age appropriate group. But no. The principal said she would call me back once she had questioned the teacher. 6 months later I am still waiting. I sent an email asking for a refund of the 700 deposit and 2000 odd fee. Nothing. Why?
