Intec College
Course Paid in full and I nothing to show

There are no outstanding balances - as I paid in full in 2009 when my vehicle got - with all my study material, so I requested copies be sent to me. Initially, back then, there was an outstanding amount of R -1700.00 - I had called Intec and spoke to someone in accounts whom advised me that I should first settle the account before I can order & pay for new copies, SO I SETTLED THE ACCOUNT if I'm not mistaking it was end of Nov 2009. So In December I requested copies to be sent - see below response (which was never-ever followed up again)!!!
Furthermore, After numerous calls I realised that Intec simply doesn't care about one student - after all they already have my R9500.00 which I paid for the course incl 2 exam vouchers WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!! so I decided to borrow a study buddies books to at least be able to study & try to prep for the exam - Which is another Issue - I still haven't written any exams coz I never got my vouchers - In phone calls to Intec I was advised that Intec is still awaiting the vouchers and that My name, student number & telephone number has been put on a waiting list student number 10010592419. I am fed up!!! 4years later still NOTHING
