Fraudelent Transactions / Embezzlement

Person: Duncan Gower,

I have done two transactions with Duncan Gower. The first transaction was with him and Siegfred Juling and Kandjimi from Rundu. In this transaction I lost R1, 980 000.00. This transaction was for delivery of school tables, lockers and steel beds to various schools in Namibia. Duncan blamed everything on Juling Construction. I have trusted him and in January I have done a second transaction with him for school tables I delivered to one of his customers in JHB. Again he took me for a ride and did not pay me. I have handed the case now over to my lawyers as this guy have caused me so many troubles in my life that I cannot explain it.

The reason why I done this is that he is not taking my calls and every week he have another story of this person or government department is not paying him. 4 weeks ago he told me I will pay you tomorrow and still waiting he was suppose to get money from the Northern Cape Government department.
