Application still in progress

Submitted my online registration on 07-01-2013 and paid the minimum amount on the same day. My status is still saying that my application has been received and it is still in progress. Some of the books (Honours) are very hard to come by and I will need to order them as soon as.

I have mailed post-science, mathematical science department and the registrations department - without success. Tried calling but did not get anywhere either.

I realise that it is still less than two weeks, but I have never had to wait this long before and worried that my registration has been overlooked or lost or something.
