Lack of Responce & Refunds not Paid out

I have been writing e-mails since February 2013 requesting for a Remark refund on a subject which was writen last year November 2012.

The Exam department came back to me in February 2013 stating that my remark request cannot be performed due to certain rules after they requested me to pay the remarking fee in January 2013.

I have been sending e-mails to UNISA Finance department since FEBRUARY 2013 requesting for a refund & get no responce to this very day!! Disgusted :-(
