Request to defer exam

I wrote to the University last week Tuesday requesting to defer my Taxation on business activities exam. I have not received a response on whether the request is granted or not. I have since sent two emails and called the exams office numerous times and there is no response.

I truly feel the communication from the University has deteriorated since the closing of the call centre. I am writing the exam tomorrow and I do not know what the outcome will be. I just needed feedback and there seems to be no one available or willing to assist.
