Delay on attendance confirmation

Im a student (Vanessa Makhubu) at SWGC Dobsonville campus and I am currently doing an N5 Human Resource Managemnet (fulltime course) student number 201216663. Pencare Old Mutual has bieng waiting for confirmation from My school (so they can pay out), of whether I attend there or not, but the problem is that their taking forever to do that, Its already been 4 months of me waiting, and just when things look like their about to be ok, my school delays the process. Im in need for financial stability at the moment and the worst part is, im about to start exams soon, please help me with the communication between these two, so I may be able to be on my feet again.
