Every slippery excuse for not paying an accounty

3 labourers of SA Structures were checked into my B&B by Perusha Naidoo. The deposit payment were to be processed on the next Monday. It didn't happen. Every excuse in the book were given from an surprised, but it was paid yesterday to the boss is out of the office and we are going into a meeting about this now. I managed to get hold of the owner of the business, Meren Govender, around a month later. He has acknowledged the debt but has not produced the money. It is now 2 months later and the matter has not been resolved.
