Bad service delivery

The agreement to build my mother's kitchen went well, untill the actual installation began, from missing of appointment to not sticking to the agreement and design of the kitchen. Repeated calls to address this inferior delivery of my mother's kitchen fell to deaf ears. And now we have to deals with cupboards that are falling apart within a few days of being installed and yet payment to Mezo Kitchen went off without a problem. Maybe because my mother's house is in the township this means she is allowed a subpar standard of a kitchens. Shocking!!
