X-cellent Granite
X-cellent Granite Thulani artist

On 5th Oct 2013 I paid Thulani christopher Ndlovu R5000 deposit to install granite tabletops in my kitchen. Today is 26th Oct 2013 and I still have not received delivery of my granite tabletops after dail phone calls with him where he promises to deliver the next day. I was fooled by his wonderfully designed website into believing that he is running a legitimate business. After checking hello peter website I've found that he is actually a artist and other people have also been victims.

He has a business called X-cellent Granite and operates from 36 VICTORIA ROAD, LORENTVILLE, BERTRAMS, JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA. He has a registered business number in his quotes REG NO. CK2006/045516/23.

Please assist me in prosecuting this guy and closing his business.
