Never Deal with JOE KAPCZUK or Joe Thomas

JOE KAPCZUK/Joe Thomas is a and a compulsive. He took money for work that he never completed and for material he never purchased.

He has now disappeared and I cannot find him, he owes allot of people money in the Boksburg area and he has not finished the work that he promised to complete.

To quote an example while doing my entertainment area, he used masking tape to tape between the grooves of the ceiling boards.

He has left me with an incomplete building and has made off with allot of my money!!!

His wife's name is Karen Thomas who also is part of the business, creates just as much deceit as her husband.

Steer clear of these people as this will just end up in losses all round
