Leisure Pools no after service

The jell coating of my swimming started to get off. I got a mail from a person in their management that told me their was a problem with the suppliers material and that is the reason for the fault on their product. Hilary (is the person's name) sent me that mail in 2010 and from their nothing happened. All communication i received from a Mr Dee Jacobs was that they are busy with a case against the suppliers but in the mean time my pool is getting so bad that i started to get injuries on my children's feet because of the jell coats sharp edge.
