Appaling customer service

Had a booking for repairs to a faulty pump motor. Stayed at home and waited.By lunchtime no one has shown up, so I phoned to confirm my booking. I was assured by the office manager that they would come in the afternoon.By 16:15 no one has shown up, so I phoned again... to be told that they could not fit me in! What time wasters; how disrespectful! Poor management, poor work monitoring, poor manners!
