Mike and Lee has contacted me on several occasions to let me know the progress of the situations and ensured me that they will continue the project this week. They took the time to explain the causes for the delays and has assured me the problems have been rectified. On a more personal note, I would like to apologise to Lee and Mike for not giving them the opportunity to defend themselves before posting my previous report https:///countrywide-roofs/complaints/incompetent-996964. Great attitude from their side and its appreciated. Would have been a great experience working with them if misfortune had not taken its toll.
