Gauteng Meters
Still waiting for my deposit back!

Towards the end of last year, our complex moved from Impact Meters to Gauteng Meters and I was required to pay a R1500 deposit for my unit despite having already given notice to move out at the end of January. It is now 3 weeks after I have moved out and after phoning, emailing and querying several times, I still do not have my deposit back, and until I can prove that my electricity has been cancelled, I'm not getting my rental deposit back either. This is a lot of money that has a HUGE impact on my financial situation, and Gauteng Meters' service is horrendous!
