Dishonest

Was looking for someone to do give me a electrical compliance certificate. Another 1st's call centre said an Electritian would go to my house do the inspection and should there be anything wrong with the house the they would give me a quote.
What they don't tell me was that they will not give me the quote until I had paid the R751 for the inspection. Who knows how much the quote would be and should you not accept the quote you have lost R751.
