Pathetic service (No service at all)

The plumbing at Blue Ridge in Lillyvale Bloemfontein is a nightmare, the drain in the kitchen is permanently block so we cant do washing and dishes for weeks now, the plumbers Lenova Construction made several promises to come and fix the problem but they never show up, and when they show up they dont fix the problem every time they made promises to come we have to take time of from work then they never show up. we are considering to move out because of this pathetic service.
