Pathetic Service

They don't call you back for weeks and you need to keep call and remind them to send someone out for quotes! The reception girl's attitude is not up to standard. And then their excuse is for not calling back is because they are too busy and cant do any more jobs at the moment, then why don't they say it in the first place!!! Just overall bad service!!
