Payment Arrangement Has been Made

Rudi has moved oout of my house and has made an arrangement to pay off his outstanding debts. The first commitment has been met and ongoing commitments will be monitored.

I cannot remove the previous report from the website and it has to stand for a period of 2 months from upload. At this stage I am happy to report that there are signs of improved behaviour and will provide ongoing feedback.
