Psychic Rudi not what he claims to be

I paid the above Psychic for a 30 minute e-mail reading with follow up. On his website he claimed to a response time of less than 24 hours. After 2 days I sent him a message and received no reply. After the 5th message he sent a curt short message saying he had technical difficulties, but they are now resolved and he will reply the next day. This has been an ongoing process for the past month. I paid and Rudi was never planning to deliver.
