He does not PAY. He is a!!!

We did work for him at one of the units he build. We insisted on a 50% deposit which he had no problem paying but now almost three years later he still hasn't paid the other R8000-00. The guy who bought the place from him has paid him but Werner/Bel-ami Construction has never paid us.
