BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Good day. I have had the unfortunate oppurtunity of dealing with one of the most arrogant businesses ever. About a month ago i purchased paving from URBAN CONCRETE and had a few shortages, Up until now i am still waiting to recieve it. This week alone i called them 5 times and was always told they will get back to me. Yesterday i spoke to the owner himself who was rude and the most arroagant person you could ever have spoken to. He made me feel as if i was trying to scheme him for what is rightfully mine. My paving amounted to R10 000 and my shortages were a mere R200.I gave him another call this morning and he simply shouted at me and put the phone down. He had someone come to my premises to do measurements before i purchased the paving and the guy added 15 square metres more to the measurements, so now i am sitting with R1500 in extra paving and R200 in shortages. When i told him about the extra paving he rudely asked who did the measurments when he knows he did it.
