DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER FOR YOUR KITCHEN TOPS

Daniel was very quick to demand my money paid in full, and when I had problems within 3 months with spots and stains all over my kitchen and bathroom cupboard tops (quartzite) he was reluctant to help, saying there was NO guarantee. How can there be no guarantee on R16000 worth of counter tops? 6 months later, he finally sent some workers to 'see what they could do' and they made a terrible mess of trying to polish up a spot on the kitchen island. He won't even rectify that even though its a horrible looking roughed up area. He just keeps saying he will do it and never keeps to his promises. 18 months later, I am still waiting, despite numerous phone calls and emails. My brand new kitchen in my brand new house looks old due to the ugly looking counter tops that are still NOT POLISHED.
