Service provider for ABSA not paying their supplie

We worked for various service providers Ketapele Midlands Investments and recently My Africa Properties MAP, and both of them had the contract with ABSA looking after their repossed properties and bothe these companies used us CDM to render the services for them (cleaning of gardens, general maintenance, and securing the properties for them) as a subcontractor, but bothe of them got us to fork out the funds first and pay us on a 30 day account, BUT shows how dishonest both of these companies where not just with us but with the bank as well, a well know bank ABSA when they bothe lost the contract they still invoiced the bank for there last work done BY US CDM but NEVER paid out what was due to us NO instead they pocket the funds and we had to go the route in trying to get our funds from them, and all ABSA got to say is we never had the contract with them so we can't hand them over, how dishonest can a BANK ansd service providers of ABSA be we are the last on the food chain had to loos all our vehicles and home because of this. WE lost a TOTAL of R120000 in the process and that's not even taking about all our personal belongings in the process through ABSA, Ketapele and MAP.
