Not fixing bath that was re-enameled

Bath was enameled in April. The guarantee is for 5 years.
After approximately 1 month there was spots that were no longer covered.
I phoned Mr Jansen van Vuuren and he came to fix it.
After another month a big part of the enamel came loose on the side. After numerous calls, most of it not being answered by Mr Jansen van Vuuren, he said that his vehicle is in for repairs. This morning when I phoned, he gave me the same reason and put the phone down in my ear. I phoned him again and he said that I am making him out to be a and that the guarantee is for 5 years, hence there is a lot of time. I offered to fetch him to do the job and then take him back. He is not available today and tomorrow (Tuesday and Wednesday), and it will hopefully be on Friday.
