Poor structure with underpaid incompetent staff

Yesterday for 40 min before closing time I had been straddled in a line with 8 other cars waiting for the jam of a gate to lift. The gall of this centre. Wow. There I was waiting for 35min with cars hooting. And even trying to reverse out. It was such a tight space. Nobody could move. The little guard struggling for 30min who really looked like a school kid had finally lifted the poorly constructed obviously cheap bar to let the cars in 5min before closing time. A high speed bump which actually bolts your car with force straight into a pedestrian crossing is also erected and responsible for a woman and her baby nearly being knocked whilst crossing. Then I finally after all this drama. Get to the end with only 5min remaining to shop for an executive party I need to cater for. I get to the end and cars are moving out exiting toward my right. There is NO space to turn. Everyone is raging at this stage and I thought well I must be clear. And I turn and the pillar scrapes and dents my car. I parked and asked for center management. ( who are non existent till today with only a voice over saying.not available?). I had 5 min to shop ' my event a disaster and more gate drama on exit.
