DISGUSTING SERVICE

In June 2012 when I was away, Ripple Construction decided to climb over my wall to remove grass growing from my window sill. The damage was so bad leaving a gaping hole between the window and window sill. It has taken them 17 months to repair same. It was one on top of another saying the work was done when infact it had not been done. Once again, to complete the work they didn't have the courtesty to call and jumped over the wall again leaving a huge mess. This type of behaviour is totally unacceptable.
