I have dealt with Orca electrical since aprox January / February 2013. I have a dishwasher that leaks liters of water randomly. They repaired it, and the problem re-appeared several times. Right from the beginning there customer service is appalling. They only call back when threatened to be reported to public domains. They promise to attend to the problem and then don't pitch. This has been a constant ever since I started using this company. I have never had any response from them when a problem is reported. Their response norm in my experience is 7 - 9 days. They did a visit this time on Saturday, after I reported it on Monday. They promised to fix or collect the unit today. It is now half past 7 and they have not even called!
