Contractor not adhering to his own contract

Took ownership of house in Feb 2011 and supplied the builder with the issue list one week later as per contract. Issues not cleared till date.

Aluminium patio doors way shorter than opening - refusal to repair
Patio level is not level causing a dam on the patio when raining.

No supervision of staff even during the building project!
